    Shipping Policy

    Normally, we ship within 24 hours after the customer purchases during normal business hours:

    Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm CST

     

    Where do our products ship from? 

    We ship our product from Saskatoon, SK in Canada and from New Jersey in USA. 

     

    What countries do you ship to? 

    North Prairie Family Farms ships to USA and Canada.

     

    Will there be duties/ taxes on my order?

    The only taxes/duties you will pay are on the shipping charges of your order in your cart at checkout. 

     

    How long does shipping take?

    We try to ship within 24 to 48 hours after a customer purchases during normal business hours Monday to Friday 8 am to 4pm CST. Please allow 7 to 14 days for your package to arrive. You will receive a tracking number, which you can track through the Canada Post website. 

     

    Shipping within Canada

    We ship via Canada Post, please allow 7 to 14 days. Please be assured that once your tracking number is sent to you, your order has been shipped. Which you can track your parcel with the tracking number. 

    NOTE: If you put Toronto and you live in Etobicoke it could take 3 weeks for your delivery as you entered the wrong information for Canada Post and they will have to do some manual changes

    If you have entered the incorrect address, please contact us at marketing@northprairiefamilyfarms.com and explain your error that we need to correct. We will do so as quickly as we can.

     

    Shipping to USA - We ship with UPS

    UPS- Street addresses only no PO box # delivery 

    Please allow 7 - 20 business days

    Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages:

    PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In rare even of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns. Also you can email us and we will see if we can get an update from the shipper. 

    This is why we ask for a signature so it cannot just be dropped off at the door.
